Provider Permissions
MyScribae takes security and privacy very seriously. In order to keep
everyone's data safe, we have implemented a robust permission system
that allows you to not only manage your account as a customer, but
empower your business as a provider.
Allow a provider to see your name.
This information is not shared by default, but may be required by some
providers.
Allow a provider to manage your provider by proxy
Allow Proxy is a powerful permission that, when granted to another provider,
allows them to utilize the MyScribae API on your behalf.
Granting/Revoking the Allow Proxy is a single, quick switch that can prevent
further access to your provider, as well as giving you the ability to manage
previously locked resources (such as Script Groups managed by the other Provider).
Issue a token to a subscriber on behalf of your subscriber's provider
Create, update, and delete script groups
If a Script Group is created by proxy, then it will not be possible to edit
it from the MyScribae interface.
Please note: Allow Proxy permission must be removed before the script
group is unlocked. Learn More Gives access to view all the internal details of a Script Group and it's Scripts.
